As part of our continued investment in customized manufacturing, FULUO Medical has recently introduced new digital printing equipment for kinesiology tape production.
The new equipment expands our ability to produce customized printed kinesiology tape materials, giving our OEM customers greater flexibility when developing distinctive designs for their brands.
Traditional kinesiology tape is commonly supplied in solid colors such as beige, black, blue and pink. However, as sports and rehabilitation brands continue to differentiate their products, demand for more distinctive tape designs is increasing.
With our new digital printing capability, FULUO can support a wider range of customized surface designs for kinesiology tape, including:
Custom patterns and graphics
Multi-color designs
Brand-related visual elements
Different designs for specific product collections
Customized printing for OEM and private-label projects
This allows customers to develop kinesiology tape that is not only functional, but also more recognizable as part of their own product range.
Printing is only one part of the manufacturing process.
FULUO combines digital printing with our existing in-house capabilities in adhesive coating, laminating, slitting, rewinding, die-cutting and packaging.
Depending on the project, we can support customers from printed kinesiology tape roll materials through to finished retail products.
For customers who carry out further converting or packaging themselves, semi-finished roll materials can also be discussed according to their production requirements.
Adding digital printing capability gives our team greater flexibility during customized kinesiology tape development.
